International Management Services Ltd.
The company was formed in 1985 to provide specialised consultancy services. Since 1991 emphasis was shifted to international taxation as a result of developments in the Maltese financial services sector.
Today IMS is involved in international tax planning for a number of corporate clients. It also provides extensive centralised back office operations for medium sized multinational groups.
Structure
At IMS we possess accounting and international tax expertise both in our Malta office as well through our network of contacts internationally. We also utilise the support of an expert IT company which provides us with the necessary programming, hosting and latest communications requirements for the solutions we develop for our clients.
Our philosophy has always been to employ (outsource) the services of specialised units in each sector. This ensures that we manage to offer a one stop service point efficient in all sectors. We believe that trying to have expertise in different fields in house inevitably leads to the inability to specialise in all of them. Our formula has proven to be successful over the years.
